Facility Use & Reservations
Our building includes two primary spaces available for public and private programs, classes, and events. We share the facility with nonprofits, local businesses, community groups, and private reservations.
Reservation Timeline

Reservations are typically booked approximately 3 weeks in advance.
Step 1: Check Availability

Review the GTCC Calendar on our calendar page to confirm your desired date and time are available.
Step 2: Submit Required Forms

Complete the User Policies and Reservation Form (linked below).

Email the completed form to: ascc@nashuanh.gov
Step 3: Insurance Requirement

Once your reservation form is approved, you must provide a Certificate of Insurance (linked below).

The certificate must list:

City of Nashua as the Certificate Holder

City of Nashua as Additionally Insured
-
Step 4: Access Information
-
After your Certificate of Insurance is processed, your group will receive an access code.

This code will only work for the approved reservation date and time.

History
The building at 36 Arlington Street is rich in history, serving its surrounding community and beyond for over a century. What stood as the Crown Hill Fire Station (1892-2006) and a private dance studio is now a space for learning, growth, and engagement for our greater Nashua community.
The GTCC is a proud recipient of the CDFA Community Center Development Grant. Construction and renovations took place from February to September 2024 and included:
